An incorrect product has been sent to you.

📦 Exchange Conditions:

You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

A parcel opening/unboxing video is mandatory and should clearly show the issue.

The product must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Once verified, we will promptly send the correct product.
